Chris Sharp,
owner and operator of Studio 607, has more than 20
years of experience in the music business. He is
most known for his guitar work in the soundtrack
for the movie "O' Brother Where Art Thou?", which
earned him a Grammy award for "Album of the Year"
in 2001. In addition, he played in the John
Hartford Stringband and recorded with a wide range
of artists including Alison Krauss, Gillian Welch,
and Earl Scruggs, just to name a few. Chris has
also performed at Radio City Music Hall and
Carnegie Hall as well as numerous appearances on
the "Grand Ole Opry". He also appeared in the music
documentary "Down From The Mountain" along with
John Hartford, Emmylou Harris, Dr. Ralph Stanley,
