Studio 607 at a Glance
Studio 607 has the latest in digital recording, or the option to record straight to tape. We use a Pro Tools HD system with a wide selection of great microphones, showcasing Peluso Microphones, a good variety of top-of-the-line pre-amps, including API, Vintech, and Audio Designs. Our excellent monitoring system includes a pair of Dynaudio BM15a monitors and Presonus controllers with awesome headphone monitoring and plenty of close backed headphones. Chris, the studio owner and one of the engineers, is a highly respected Grammy award winning musician and producer (Chris produced the recently Grammy nominated "The John Hartford Stringband -Memories Of John CD"). When it comes to getting things right in the studio, he puts in however much time it takes to get results. If that means multiple takes, comping tracks (putting 1 part, like a vocal or a solo, together from many takes), or other intense editing then he has it covered.
